Lauth Property Group is developing: Catawba Springs Promenade, a 250,000 sq.ft. center in Denver, NC. The center has junior anchor, retail spaces and outlots available and is anchored by Lowe’s Home Improvement. Opening is slated for this summer; The Shoppes at Rivercrest, a 272,000 sq.ft. center in Granite Falls, NC with junior anchor, retail spaces and outlots available. Wal*Mart anchors the center.  Opening is slated for this summer; Brownsburg Station, a 440,000 sq.ft. center situated on a 55-acre site in Brownsburg,
IN.  Cotenants include Lowe’s Home Improvement with junior anchor, retail spaces and outlots available. Opening is slated for fall 2007; Moores Chapel Village, a 76,000 sq.ft. mixed-use center in Charlotte, NC. Cotenants include Food Lion, with retail spaces and outlots available. Opening is scheduled for this fall; Porter’s Vale, a 750,000 sq.ft. mixed-use center in Valparaiso, IN.  Retail spaces, outlots, anchor and junior anchor spaces are available. Opening is scheduled for spring 2008; Bryan Towne Center, a 400,000 sq.ft. power center in Bryan, TX with two anchor locations, five junior anchor locations, outparcels from one to two acres and 50,000 sq.ft. of small shop space available. Nearby draws include Texas A&M University. Phase one is available during spring 2008 and phase two is available during winter 2008.

CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. is redeveloping Brookfield Square Mall in Milwaukee, WI.  A 1,900 sq.ft. Johnny Rockets is to be built along with an 800 sq.ft. retail shop. Also coming to the mall are Claim Jumper, Mitchell’s Fish Market, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar, Abuelo’s Mexican Food Embassy and Fresh Market.

Pasco Partners, LLC is developing River Drive, a multi-phased mixed-use development located at the intersection of River Drive and Flagler Street in Miami, FL. The project will be completed in four phases with construction set for spring.  River Drive Shoppes will consist of two phases with phase one consisting of a seven-story, 58,115 sq.ft. retail/restaurant complex.  Phase two is expected to consist of 60,000 sq.ft. of retail/restaurant space with both openings slated for winter 2008.  River Drive Marina & Yacht Club is slated to open during winter 2008.  River Drive Boat House, which will house boats up to 50 feet in length, is slated to open during spring 2009.  River Drive Towers
will include a mixed-use residential condominium and a mixed-use Class A
office tower.
