Cronheim Mortgage Corp. (973-635-6800) arranged $29.75 million in financing for Hadley Center I, a 251,479 sq.ft. shopping center, and $en for Hadley Center II. The properties are located at the intersection Stelton Road and Hadley Center Drive in South Plainfield, NJ.

 

BMC Capital (214-526-7178) financed a $1.1 million acquisition loan for a single-tenant NNN retail property in Haltom City, TX. The 10-year fixed-rate loan has 30-year amortization.

 

NY Urban (212-527-7105) formed a private money lending arm to fund deals from $500,000 to $5 million. The company offers loan-to-value of 90% for properties on the East Coast, but will also consider West Coast deals.

 

Transwestern (301-571-0900) arranged $15.5 million in financing for Fox Chapel Shopping Center on Frederick Road in Germantown, MD. The 115,230 sq.ft. center is anchored by Giant Food.

 

Johnson Capital (949-660-1999) arranged $3 million in fixed rate permanent financing on a seven-year term for a 100% occupied 15,000 sq.ft. property with three tenants located on Flatbush Avenue in Brooklyn, NY.

 

Hankins Private Client Group (732-536-0741) offers funding for acquisition and development, commercial real estate, bridge loans and hard money as well as providing ancillary financing for sale/lease backs.

 

Live Oak Capital Ltd. (713-993-1300) arranged financing for the Washington Shopping Center Ltd. located on Washington Avenue in Houston, TX through Countrywide Commercial.  The 14,658 sq.ft. center is tenanted by Amish Craftsman, Catalan Restaurant, Cova Wine Bar and River Oaks Cleaners.
