The company is an independently owned and operated member of the Cushman & Wakefield alliance.

CB Richard Ellis (212-984-8000) has been named the exclusive leasing agent for 7,080 sq.ft. of retail space at 545 Madison Avenue in New York, NY.  The site has 50 feet of frontage on Madison Avenue with 125 feet of frontage on East 55th Street with 4,080 sq.ft. of space available on the ground floor. LCOR is the owner of the site. Delivery of the space is expected by mid-year in 2008.

Transwestern (972-774-2500) has been named the marketing and development manager of The Presidio, a mixed-use development located at the intersection of Interstate 35 and U.S. 287 in Dallas, TX. The project will feature in excess of 1.4 million sq.ft. of retail space, 1.5 million sq.ft. of multi-family units and 500,000 sq.ft. of office and hotel facilities. Diversified Asset Planning owns the
388-acre tract.
