(516-365-6400) brokered the following deals: Rosati’s Pizza subleasing 1,200 sq.ft. from Family Dollar on Westchester, IL; with Suzuki Corp subleasing 7,500 sq.ft. from Borders on Ashford-Dunwoody Road in Atlanta, GA; with Sol Spa subleasing 4,200 sq.ft. from Movie Gallery on Ohio Street in Martinsville, IN; with East West Dental subleasing 4,500 sq.ft. from Hollywood Video on East Colina Road in Rowland Heights, CA and with The Laundry Group, Inc. subleasing 1,500 sq.ft. from Dunkin Brand on Sheridan Drive in Tonawanda, NY. Signature Associates (248-359-3832) signed a lease with Nu-Way Plumbing Supply for 7,300 sq.ft. on Old Woodward Street in Birmingham, MI. This will be Nu-Way Supply’s third location. Also Sterling Fitness, LLC signed a lease for a 7,800 sq.ft. Powerhouse Gym on Mound Road in Sterling Heights, MI. JBG Rosenfeld Retail (301-657-0700) negotiated leases
