Real Estate Professionals Making the News Woolbright Development (561-989-2240) hired the following people: Jon Wainwright as vice president of development, Bill Griffin as senior project manager and Tim Fields as assistant property manager. Wainwright has over 25 years of construction experience and previously served as senior vice president of construction and development with Rendina Cos. Griffin will be responsible for construction-related activities for ground-up shopping centers throughout southern FL. He was previously the vice president of construction and development services with The Soleil Group. Fields’ duties will be to coordinate the construction of tenant improvements and center renovations along with having the daily contact with leasing and property management staff. Woolbright has 13 shopping centers in its portfolio in addition to 10 retail projects in the process of being acquired or developed. Johnson Capital (310-286-7400) hired Linus Lee as director of the Los Angeles, CA office. His responsibilities will include advising clients and debt financing across all product types with a main focus on development and mixed-use projects. Previously, Lee has served as development manger for the Bixby Co. Robert K. Futterman & Assoc., LLC (212-599-3700) promoted Ariel Schuster to senior managing director and Diana Chace to senior director. Schuster previously worked as a managing director and has six years of experience in landlord and tenant representation. He served as a tenant representative with the following companies: Banana Republic, Coldwater Creek, Cole Haan, Dean & Deluca, Gap, Gamestop, Jennifer Convertibles and Old Navy. Chace has eight years of experience in retail leasing in both landlord and tenant representation and previously served as retail director for Street Works, LLC. She has also worked as manager of real estate administration for Katz & Associates and Melville Corp. Retail Brokers, Inc. (480-894-6363) hired Jim Hayden as president. His responsibilities will be to oversee the day-to-day operations at the AZ branch office. Hayden has been with the company for 19 years and was previously the regional vice president and division general manager. As regional vice president, he was responsible for negotiating the leases, tenant improvements and terms of more than 150 properties throughout AZ, NM and UT.
