Johnson Capital arranged $16.5 million in financing for the Golden Cover Shopping Center in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA. The 84,315 sq.ft. center is located at the intersection of Hawthorne Boulevard and Palos Verdes Drive West and is tenanted by Citibank, Domino’s Pizza, Montessori School, Starbucks, State Farm Insurance and Subway. The terms of the deal consist of a 10-year loan rate with five years of interest-only payments followed by a 30-year amortization at 5.685%.
