Gebroe-Hammer Associates completed the sale of two multi-family and mixed-use properties in NJ totaling $52 million. The transaction included the $26 million sale of Washington Square Apartments, located on Cedar Bridge Avenue in Lakewood, NJ. The two, four-story garden apartment buildings include 20,000 sq.ft. of high-end retail stores. The transaction also included a two-property apartment complex package in Linenwold and Haddonfield for $26 million.
