Anchor Commercial|Corface International (843-277-4322) negotiated a lease for 1,903 sq.ft. with Sandy’s Cleaners on Seven Farms Drive in Daniels Farm, SC.

Kimco Realty (516-869-7224) signed the following leases: with Scene, Inc. for 1,250 sq.ft. at Greenridge Plaza, located in Staten Island, NY; with FedEx Kinko’s for 1,814 sq.ft. at The Center at East Northport in East Northport, NY; with Centennial of Puerto Rico for 2,500 sq.ft. at Los Colobos in Carolina, Puerto Rico; with The Insurance Stop for 1,200 sq.ft. at Westgate Plaza in Amarillo, TX; with Huddle Up Pizza for 3,000 sq.ft. at Gordon Ranch Marketplace in Chino Hills, CA; with Foothill Mattress Center for 6,516 sq.ft. at Pine Creek Shopping Center in Grass Valley, CA; with Don Pancho Villa Tacos for 1,400 sq.ft. at Heritage Place in Tulare, CA; with It’s A Grind for 1,750 sq.ft. at Shoppes at Midway Plantation in Knightdale, NC; with South Beach Tanning Salon for 1,640 sq.ft. at Wakefield Commons III in Raleigh, NC; with Elite Spa & Nails for 2,000 sq.ft. at Lake Prairie Town Crossing in Grand Prairie, TX and with Aeropostale for 3,225 sq.ft. at Gateway Station in Burleson, TX.

The Grossman Cos., Inc. (617-472-2000) signed the following leases in the greater Boston area of MA: 10,500 sq.ft. with Sands Creative Group and Fenway Printers to cotenant with Mattress Discounters on Commonwealth Avenue in Boston/Brookline and 1,440 sq.ft. with Assignment Ready, Inc. at Braintree Executive Park, located on Grossman Drive in Braintree.

Retail Brokers, Inc. (480-894-6363) signed the following leases in AZ: Representing the landlord and tenant in the 10,385 sq.ft. lease with Mini Skool Early Learning Center at Shops at Pecos Ranch, located at the intersection of Dobson Road and Germann Road in Chandler; representing the tenant in the 16,500 sq.ft. lease with Ace Hardware at the Shops at Canyon Trails II, located at the intersection of Estrella Parkway and Van Buren in Goodyear; representing the landlord, 59thPeoria Investors, LLC, in the 1,707 sq.ft. lease with Castletronics at the intersection of 59th Avenue and Peoria Avenue in Glendale; representing the tenant, Travelhounds USA, with the 1,288 sq.ft. lease at Squaw Peak Plaza, located on East Shea Boulevard in Phoenix and representing the landlord, PVO, LLC, with the 2,500 sq.ft. lease at PV Oasis, located at the intersection of 32nd Street and Thunderbird in Phoenix.

Urstadt Biddle Properties, Inc. (203-863-8206) signed a lease with BJ’s Wholesale Club for 107,000 sq.ft. at The Dock shopping center in Stratford, CT. The site is a former Bradlees department store and BJ’s Wholesale Club will open during this fall.

Prime Retail, Inc. (408-879-4000) brokered leases in CA representing the landlords: 5,000 sq.ft. with The Mattress Warehouse at Gilroy Plaza Shopping Center, located on First Street in Gilroy and 1,260 sq.ft. with Soccer USA at Hamilton Square, located on Hamilton Avenue in Campbell.

Fameco Real Estate (610-834-8000) negotiated a lease for 2,500 sq.ft. with Sweet & Sassy at the Shoppes at English Village located in North Wales, PA. The company represented Sweet & Sassy, a children’s hair salon, in the transaction with landlord, Stanbery Development. The 110,000 sq.ft. center is located at the intersection of Route 309 and Route 63 and is anchored by Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, Talbots, Chico’s and Jos. A. Bank.
