The company currently serves as the exclusive leasing representative for 21 existing centers and three projects under construction with a combined GLA of 2.7 million sq.ft., along with 11 projects in the approvals stage with more than 1.1 million sq.ft. of GLA. He was formerly vice president, sponsoring auctioneer and co-founder of Inland Real Estate Auctions. Gaffney has 35 years experience in commercial banking, financial management, acquisitions and sales and real estate auctions and was also with Inland Real Estate Auctions.
