| Lease Signings Anchor Commercial (843-277-4322) represented the tenant, Beef O’Brady’s, with a 3,553 sq.ft. lease at Belle Hall Shopping Center in Mt. Pleasant, SC. NAI Isaac (859-224-2000) brokered two leases at Tiverton Center, a 14,000 sq.ft. shopping center located in Lexington, KY on Mall Road. America’s Mattress leased 3,384 sq.ft. and HomeScapes, an upscale home décor and furniture store, leased 1,770 sq.ft. The center is located near Plaza at Fayette Mall, South Farm Marketplace, Wal*Mart Supercenter, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Lexington Athletic Club and Fayette Place Shopping Center. Sansone Group, Inc. (314-727-6664) signed a 2,500 sq.ft. lease with Radio Shack at Lansing Towne Center, located on Saginaw Street in Lansing, MI. CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord. Sansone represented the landlord in a 1,200 sq.ft. lease with Liberty Tax Corp. at Hunters Ridge Shopping Center, located on South Hamilton Road in Gahanna, OH. The company also represented the landlord in a 1,200 sq.ft. lease with GNC at Hunters Ridge Shopping Center. Kimco Realty (516-869-7224) signed the following leases: with Labor Systems for 1,500 sq.ft. at Memphis Retail Center, located in Memphis, TN; with Cedars Family Restaurant for 2,500 sq.ft. at Downtown Farmington Center, located in Farmington, MI; with The Children’s Place for 7,076 sq.ft. at Conroe Marketplace, located in Conroe, TX; with Vintner’s Cellar of Austin for 2,280 sq.ft. at Center of the Hills, located in Austin, TX; with Lumber Liquidators for 6,000 sq.ft. at Oak Lawn Center, located in Oak Lawn, IL; with 24 Hour Fitness for 32,690 sq.ft. at Miramar Town Center, located in Miramar, FL; with Juice It Up for 1,200 sq.ft. at Miramar Town Center; with Wells Fargo for 2,000 sq.ft. at Central Islip Town Center, located in Central Islip, NY; with FedEx Kinko’s for 1,650 sq.ft. at Lake Prairie Towne Crossing, located in Grand Prairie, TX; with Phantom Fireworks for 2,666 sq.ft. at Branhaven Plaza, located in Branford, CT; with Phantom Fireworks for 2,000 sq. ft. at Home Depot Plaza, located in North Haven, CT and with Halloween Express for 7,000 sq.ft. at Fountains on the Lake, located in Stafford, TX. Prime Retail, Inc. (408-879-4000) represented the landlord with the following leases in CA: 1,260 sq.ft. with Soccer USA at Hamilton Plaza, located on West Hamilton Avenue in Campbell; 1,500 sq.ft. with Flying Fortress Hobbies on Monterey Road in Gilroy and 2,340 sq.ft. with San Jose Bookstore on Big Basin Way in Saratoga. McCaffery Interests, Inc. (312-944-3777) finalized a lease with Williams-Sonoma, Inc. to open a 12,500 sq.ft. Pottery Barn at The Market Common in Myrtle Beach, SC. The company currently operates more than 197 home furnishings stores worldwide. Perlmutter Properties, Inc. (914-686-8900) completed a lease with NY Fashion, a women’s apparel retailer, for 1,900 sq.ft. at Lyons Plaza, located at the intersection of Lyons Avenue and Fabyan Place in Newark/Irvington, NJ. Commercial Banker Commercial NRT (801-947-8300) represented the tenant, Kelly Services, Inc., with a 2,350 sq.ft. lease at Wasatch Plaza, located on East 300 South in Salt Lake City, UT. The lease runs five years. Signature Associates (419-249-6320) negotiated the 9,000 sq.ft. lease for a restaurant/banquet facility on Main Street in Sylvania, OH. The company represented the tenant, Three Pub Corp., and the landlord, Jesse James Properties, LLC. The company also represented the tenant, Ross Education, LLC, for 5,635 sq.ft. on Murphy Drive in Brighton, MI. Signature Associates is the exclusive representative for Ross Medical Education Centers nationwide. Goodman Real Estate Services Group, LLC (216-381-8200) completed a 12,000 sq.ft. lease with Edward Jones financial advisors at 100 Mills, located at the intersection of Mills Road and State Route 83 in North Ridgeville, OH. The tenant will open during the summer. Main Street Property Services (925-299-8170) represented the landlord with a lease to Pharmaca for 5,220 sq.ft. at Bel Aire Plaza in Napa, CA. CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant. Main Street Property Services also represented the landlord, Monroe Forsythe, Inc., in a lease to FedEx Kinko’s for 1,875 sq.ft. on Camino Sobrante in Orinda, CA. Cornish & Carey Commercial represented the tenant. Neal Realty & Investments, Inc. (954-568-0530) signed the following leases in FL: a five-year lease with Little Quiapo for 820 sq.ft. at the Shoppes of Cooper City, located at the intersection of Flamingo Road and Sheridan Street in Cooper City; a five-year lease with Touch of Europe Deli & Café for 1,750 sq.ft. at Lakeside Shoppes, located at the intersection of Interstate 95 and Hallandale Beach Boulevard in Hallandale and a five-year lease with M&L Dry Cleaner & Tailor Shop for 1,300 sq.ft. at Varsity Square, located at the intersection of Davie Road and 37th Street in Davie. Breslin Realty, Inc. (516-741-7400) completed two leases with 6th Avenue Electronics in NY, including a 20,000 sq.ft. anchor space at a shopping center on Old Country Road in Carle Place for $5 million. The center is tenanted by Red Lobster, OTB and Blinds To Go. Area retail includes Linens ‘N Things, Toys "R" Us, Loehman’s Shoes and Panera Bread. The other lease is for 20,000 sq.ft. on Larkfield Road in Commack, near Sears, Stop & Shop, Best Buy, Walgreens and Home Depot. Regency Centers (904-598-7000) signed a lease with Starbucks for 1,980 sq.ft. at Ocala Corners, located at the intersection of Tennessee Street and Ocala Road in Tallahassee, FL. Nearby draws include Florida State University. The 86,771 sq.ft. center is anchored by Publix and Walgreens. The company also signed leases with FedEx Kinko’s and Cartridge World at Chapel Hill Centre, located at the intersection of Stewart Hill Road and Chapel Hill Road in Douglasville, GA. FedEx Kinko’s leased 2,000 sq.ft. and Cartridge World leased 900 sq.ft. In addition, the company signed a 3,265 sq.ft. lease with First Watch – The Daytime Café at First Street Village, a mixed-use center located at the intersection of McGregor Boulevard and Altamont Avenue in Fort Myers, FL. The company also signed a 3,530 sq.ft. lease with Rita’s Water Ice at Cambridge Square, a 71,472 sq.ft. shopping center located at the intersection of Ashford-Dunwoody Road and Johnson Ferry Road. Regency Centers also signed leases with Mattress Discounters and Cingular Wireless at Culpeper Colonnade, a 313,373 sq.ft. shopping center located at the intersection of Montanus Drive and U.S. 15/U.S. 29 in Culpeper County, VA. Mattress Discounters leased 4,017 sq.ft. and Cingular Wireless leased 1,681 sq.ft. |
