| Sources of Financing Metrick Commercial Finance provides financing of up to $5 million for the acquisition or refinancing of owner- and non-owner-occupied properties with a loan-to-value of up to 90%. Rates start at 7% and loans have a 40-year amortization. For development and construction, there is no maximum loan amount and the company provides mezzanine and equity financing. For the acquisition or refinancing of income properties, loans are available from $250,000 with rates starting at 5.75%.^_^ The loans carry terms of up to 10 years with up to 40-year amortization and up to 85% loan-to-value.
