Weichert Commercial Brokerage, Inc. (973-267-7778) named Mark S. Calabro, Jack Fera, Charles C. Mandell, Jr., John W. Myers, Richard R. Piken, George Pulice and Raymond J. Rice to new positions. Calabro, named vice president, has 20 years of land brokerage and development experience. Fera, also named vice president, has 30 years of real estate experience and has been with the company for 15 years. Mandell has 31 years of experience and has been with the company for 13 years. Piken has 50 years of real estate experience in land, retail, industrial and investment brokerage. Myers, Pulice and Rice were also named vice presidents.

Reliable Defeasance (212-262-7484) named Mark Schultz as its managing director. Schultz has 20 years experience in real estate capital markets. Prior to his hiring, Schultz served as CFO of Hopkins Real Estate Group, a retail bigbox development company, and as a mortgage banker.

Hill Partners, Inc. (704-551-2202) hired Elizabeth A. Elden and Kristen Hawkins. Elden, named tenant coordinator/development associate, is responsible for reviewing plans, managing tenant build-outs and ensuring on-time openings. Prior to her position with the company, Elden served as managing partner and general manager of Elden Hotels in Vermillion, OH. Hawkins, named retail leasing associate, is responsible for retail leasing and tenant coordination for Clemmons Town Center in Winston-Salem, NC. Prior to her position with the company, Hawkins held positions with RReef Property Management, Trinet Property Management and Taylor & Mathis.

Hubert Construction (301-721-9000) hired Arthur C. "Art" Staus as vice president of pre-construction. Staus is responsible for all pre-construction services, including estimating, design management oversight, conceptual budgeting, constructability analysis, value engineering and overall project scheduling. Staus has 30 years experience in estimating, architecture and construction management, and prior to his hiring, held a position of chief estimator at Konover Construction.

Pine Tree Commercial Realty (847-735-0600) appointed Greg Clarke as vice president of leasing. Clarke will oversee all leasing on existing retail centers and new retail developments. Clarke has 16 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining the company, Clarke was director of real estate for Staples, Inc.
