Goodman Real Estate Services Group (216-381-8200) represented T-Mobile with a lease at Market at East Broad in Columbus, OH. The company is the exclusive representative T-Mobile Central, LLC throughout northern and central OH. The company also represented First Watch with a lease at Beechmont Shopping Center in Cincinnati, OH. First Watch specializes in breakfast, brunch and lunch and the
lease marks its ninth location in the Cincinnati area.

Royal Properties, Inc. (914-237-3403) brokered two leases at The ShopRite Plaza in Derby, CT. Sally Beauty Supply signed an eight-year lease for a 1,400 sq.ft. endcap, which will be a relocation for the retailer from Route 34. Also, Curves signed a six-year lease for 1,800 sq.ft., which will also be a relocation. Curves currently occupies space at the Stop & Shop Center in Ansonia, CT. Cotenants of The ShopRite Plaza include Sleepy’s, Angel Tips Nail & Spa, Advance Auto, Petland Discount, Pay/Half, Just-A-Buck and Naugatuck Savings Bank. The company also brokered two leases for Wing Zone at Newburgh Towne Center, located on Route 300 in Newburgh, NY, and Southside Plaza, located on North Avenue in New Rochelle, NY. At Newburgh Towne Center, Wing Zone signed a 10-year lease with a five-year option for 1,713 sq.ft. The company represented the landlord, Cobell, LLC. Cotenants include Stop & Shop, Marshalls, Provident Bank, Dress Barn, Hallmark, Dollar Tree and GameStop. At Southside Plaza, the retailer signed a five-year lease with two, five-year options for an 800 sq.ft. endcap. The company represented the tenant and landlord, 208-210 Battle Ave. Corp.

The Woodmont Co. (817-377-7707) represented the landlord with a 4,835 sq.ft. lease to Kincaid’s Hamburgers in Fort Worth, TX at the South Hulen Shopping Center. The Fred Arnold Co. represented the tenant.

REP Commercial, Inc. (949-585-7640) negotiated a lease with Tobacco Plus Cigars at Cerritos South in Cerritos, CA on South Street. The tenant signed a three-year lease for 1,572 sq.ft. The company represented both the landlord and tenant.

Katz & Associates Corp. (845-735-6666) represented Loehmann’s with a 42,000 sq.ft. lease on Queens Boulevard in Rego Park, NY. The site is a former two-level CompUSA store. The company exclusively represents Loehmann’s.
