Mid-America Real Estate – Wisconsin, LLC (414-273-4600) negotiated the following leases in WI: with The Rec Room Plus for 14,695 sq.ft. on West Capitol Drive in Pewaukee, representing the tenant; with Papa Murphy’s for 1,149 sq.ft. at Walgreens Plaza, located at the intersection of Johnson Street and Main Street in Fond du Lac, representing the landlord; with FedEx Kinko’s for 1,996 sq.ft. at Prairie Ridge Commons, located on 77^th Street in Pleasant Prairie, representing the tenant; with Advance America/Cash Advance Centers for 1,724 sq.ft. at Walgreens Plaza, representing the landlord; with Universal Wireless for 1,296 sq.ft. on South Howell Avenue in Milwaukee, representing the landlord; with Snap Fitness for 3,160 sq.ft. at Glenwood Crossings in Kenosha, representing the landlord; with Advance America/Cash Advance Centers for 1,724 sq.ft. at Walgreens Plaza, representing the landlord and with Universal Wireless for 1,296 sq.ft. on South Howell Avenue in Milwaukee, representing the landlord.

The Mid-America Management Corp. (216-771-4440) signed a lease for 35,000 sq.ft. with Stein Mart at The Solon Square Shopping Center, located on Aurora Road in Solon, OH. Anchors of the center include Jo-Ann Fabrics and OfficeMax. Stein Mart is slated to open during October.
