The Broadbent Co. is developing Fleming Island Shoppes, a center situated on 13.67 acres at the intersection of U.S. Highway 17 and Village Square Parkway in Fleming Island, FL. Area retail includes Home Depot, Winn-Dixie, Wal*Mart Supercenter, Publix, Village Square Shopping Center and a proposed movie theater. Area demographics include a population of 42,639 within a five-mile radius earning an average household income of $89,345.

Zamias Services, Inc. is preleasing Skyline Commons, a 715,000 sq.ft. power center situated on a land area of 88 acres at the intersection of Briley Parkway and Dickerson Pike in Nashville, TN. Wal*Mart Supercenter will anchor the center, using 211,000 sq.ft. There will be eight other big box retailers, more than 100,000 sq.ft. of small shop space and 10.5 acres of outparcels. Opening is slated for spring 2008. Area demographics include a trade-area population of 310,970 earning $63,404 as the average household income. The average daily traffic count is 72,670 vehicles. The company is also preleasing The Village at Pittsburgh Mills, a power center in Tarentum, PA that will be adjacent to the 1.1 million sq.ft. Galleria at Pittsburgh Mills project. The power center will feature six big box retailers from 17,000 sq.ft. to 30,187 sq.ft. and a 26,953 sq.ft. small shop space. Opening is slated for this fall. The site is next to Lowe’s Home Improvement and adjacent to Sam’s Club and Wal*Mart Supercenter. Village at Pittsburgh Mills will house OfficeMax, Best Buy, Michaels, PetSmart and Ross Dress for Less. Area demographics include a population of 327,514 within 10
miles earning $67,297 as the average household income.

RMC Property Group is redeveloping Dupont Lakes Shopping Center, located at the intersection of Howland Boulevard and Elkcam Boulevard in Deltona, FL, in conjunction with Publix Super Markets, Inc. and Redstone Investments.
