(914-237-3403) brokered the following leases at Hopewell Plaza, located at the intersection of Route 376 and Route 82 in Hopewell Junction, NY, representing the landlord and tenant: with Taxpert for a five-year 1,840 sq.ft. lease with a five-year option and with Creative Ceramics By You for 10 years with one five-year option. The company also brokered a 3,000 sq.ft. lease for a Dunkin’ Donuts location on Route 59 in Nyack, NY at a former OTB site. The company also brokered a 10-year lease with Hollywood Tans for 2,480 sq.ft. at Turnpike Square in Huntington, NY. Waldbaum’s Supermarket and Eckerd anchor the site. In addition, Royal Properties brokered a 10-year lease with Floris Nail & Spa for 4,000 sq.ft. on Westport Avenue/Route 1 in Norwalk, CT, representing the landlord, Strawberry Management, LLC.
