The Shops at Atlas Park is located in New York, NY and tenanted by New York Sports Club, J.Jill, Stein Mart, Borders and Regal Cinemas. Previously, Boyle served as general manger of The Pier Shops at Caesars on the Boardwalk project located in Atlantic City, NJ.

Advance Realty Group (908-719-3000) promoted Monika Majewska to senior project manager within the company’s development division. She will assist in coordinating all aspects of the company’s Harrison MetroCentre project, including remediation, demolition and construction of new infrastructure. The project is a brownfield renewal located in Harrison, NJ that will include 450,000 sq.ft. of retail, a 350-room hotel, movie theater, fitness center and 1,800 residential units, as well as the 25,000-seat Red Bull Park, the future home of the New York Red Bulls major league soccer team. Previously, Majewska served as project manager of the project and the Picatinny Arsenal project for the past three years.
