| Lease Signings Woolbright Development, Inc. (866-WDI-1230) signed the following leases at Lake Mary Village, a 98,247 sq.ft. shopping center located at the intersection of Lake Mary Boulevard and Greenwood Boulevard in Orlando, FL: 50,936 sq.ft. with T.J. Maxx and HomeGoods; 1,224 sq.ft. with Front Running Sports; 1,224 sq.ft. with Domino’s Pizza; 990 sq.ft. with Tom’s Naturals and 1,800 sq.ft. with Jenny Craig. The center is anchored by Publix. Urstadt Biddle Properties, Inc. (203-863-8200) signed a lease with L.L. Bean for a 13,000 sq.ft. outlet store at Orange Meadows Shopping Center, located in Orange, CT. Opening is slated for this fall. The store will occupy a former Seaman’s Furniture site and will offer overstocked and irregular merchandise at 20% to 50% off regular prices. The center is cotenanted by Trader Joe’s Supermarket, Talbot’s Outlet Store, Payless ShoeSource and Thomasville Furniture. Leading Edge Commercial Real Estate (317-889-0909) represented Extra Innings, with a 24,900 sq.ft. lease on South Meridian Street in Indianapolis, IN. The facility offers year-round practice space for local organizations and baseball players of all ages with batting cages, multi-use tunnels for pitching, batting and catching and a pro shop. A fall opening is planned for the 28-unit chain. The company plans to open 17 franchised units this year in FL, MD, NJ, NY and TX. Mid-America Asset Management, Inc. (630-954-7300) brokered a 55,811 sq.ft. lease with H Mart for space at Ogden Mall, located in Naperville, IL. The grocer, which caters to an Asian clientele, will anchor the 272,654 sq.ft. community shopping center combining spaces formerly occupied by Dominick’s Finer Foods and Walgreens. Opening is slated for this month. Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (757-497-2113) brokered a 2,210 sq.ft. lease with Johnston & Murphy at Town Center of Virginia Beach, located in Virginia Beach, VA. The company represented the landlord. The men’s shoe store is slated to open this month. Cotenants of the center include Blanc, Daily Grind Unwind, Origins, Relax the Back, Royal Chocolate, S.T.A.C. and Sunglass Hut. Colliers Arnold (727-442-7184) completed a lease with Alloy, LLC for 1,600 sq.ft. at the Shoppes at Park Place, located on Park Boulevard in Pinellas Park, FL. The company represented the landlord, KB Parkside, LLC, while Signature Realty represented the tenant. PlazaCorp Realty Advisors, Inc. (269-383-5775) signed a 3,500 sq.ft. lease with a bar and grill to occupy an endcap of the Damon’s redevelopment, located on South Westnedge Avenue in Kalamazoo, MI. Opening is slated for next year. Goodman Real Estate Services Group, LLC (216-381-8200) completed leases at Meadowlands Town Center, located in Chardon, OH with cotenants including Staples, Shoe Show, Fashion Bug, Sally Beauty Supply and Best Cuts. The 350,000 sq.ft. power center is anchored by Wal*Mart Supercenter and Home Depot. Fameco Real Estate (610-834-8000) signed the following leases at the Paoli Village Shoppes, located at the intersection of Route 30 and North Valley Road in Paoli, PA: 912 sq.ft. with Snappy Auctions; 1,403 sq.ft. with It’s A Grind; 1,870 sq.ft. with Home Cooked; 2,000 sq.ft. with Plato’s Closet; 2,310 sq.ft. with Penn Liberty Bank and 7,500 sq.ft. with Cutter’s Mill. REP Commercial, Inc. (949-585-7640) negotiated a lease for 3,491 sq.ft. for a Japanese and Korean style barbeque restaurant at La Crescenta Pavilion, located on Foothill Boulevard in La Crescenta, CA. The company represented the landlord and Team Pro Realty represented the tenant, which is slated to open during October. Excess Space Retail Services, Inc. (800-435-8384) completed the following transactions: Walgreens subleasing 1,400 sq.ft. to Citi Trends on Gratiot Avenue in Detroit, MI; Payless ShoeSource subleasing 4,200 sq.ft. on Raleigh Road in Wilson, NC to Fred’s Beds; Staples subleasing 27,059 sq.ft. on Route 2 in Greenfield, MA to Dollar Tree Stores, Inc.; Movie Gallery subleasing 2,600 sq.ft. on George Street in Lowell, MA to Butler Bank and Hollywood Video subleasing 9,000 sq.ft. on North Lamar Boulevard in Austin, TX to Little Caesars of San Antonio. Regency Centers (713-599-3517) signed a lease with Fuji Hana for a 2,700 sq.ft. restaurant at Kleinwood Center, located at the intersection of Stuebner-Airline Road and Louetta Road in Houston, TX. The 197,886 sq.ft. center is anchored by H.E.B. and cotenanted by LA Fitness, Starbucks and Cold Stone Creamery. The company (904-598-7468) also signed a lease with Office Depot for 20,442 sq.ft. at the site of a former Winn-Dixie in the Highland Square Center, located on Dunn Avenue in Jacksonville, FL. The 262,192 sq.ft. center is anchored by Publix, Big Lots, Bealls Outlet and Bailey’s Powerhouse Gym. |
