Lease Signings


Legend Properties, Inc. (610-941-4034) signed the following leases with Starbucks in NJ: a freestanding pad site on White Horse Pike at Peachtree Plaza in Hammonton at the site of a former Taco Bell; an 1,850 sq.ft. freestanding site with drive-thru located at the intersection of Route 70 and Shorrock Road in Lakewood; an 1,850 sq.ft. site with drive-thru in Willingboro at the Willingboro Town Center and a 1,600 sq.ft. endcap space at the Rio Grande Shopping Center in Rio Grande. The company signed the following leases with Ace Hardware: a 16,000 sq.ft. endcap at The Marketplace at Chews Landing located in Chews Landing, NJ; an endcap space located in Rockaway, NJ and a 10,000 sq.ft. site at Thorndale West Center located in Caln Township, PA. The company also signed the following leases with Michaels: a 21,600 sq.ft. space at Town Square Plaza in Gloucester Township, NJ; a 23,600 sq.ft. space at Chambersburg Crossing in Chambersburg, PA; a 23,500 sq.ft. space in Plymouth Meeting, PA and a 21,600 sq.ft. space at Lycoming Crossings in Williamsport, PA. The company also signed the following leases with Children of America: a 10,000 sq.ft. freestanding site in Sicklerville, NJ; a 10,000 sq.ft. freestanding site in Lansdale, PA; a 10,000 sq.ft. freestanding site in Montgomeryville, PA and a 10,000 sq.ft. in Warrington, PA. In addition, Legend Properties signed the following leases with Mattress Giant: 3,000 sq.ft. in King of Prussia, PA and 3,000 sq.ft. in Montgomeryville, PA. The company also signed the following leases with Chili’s for 6,000 sq.ft. freestanding sites: in Delran, NJ at a former Lone Star Steakhouse site; in Millville, NJ at Cumberland Square; in Bartonsville, PA at Crossroads Mall; in Bensalem, PA at Street Road Plaza; in Cheltenhem, PA at Cheltenhem Square; in Oaks, PA and in West Sadsbury, PA.

Goodman Real Estate Services Group, LLC (216-381-8200) completed a lease with Wholesome Burger, a Five Guys Famous Burgers & Fries franchisee, for a restaurant at Westfield Southpark Mall in Strongsville, OH. The company exclusively represents Wholesome Burger in northeastern OH. The company also represented Regis Corp. with a lease for a Best Cuts location at The Cascades of Brimfield in Brimfield, OH. Goodman Real Estate Services represents Regis in northern OH.

Staubach Retail (800-944-0012) represented Heather Scott Home & Design with a 1,858 sq.ft. lease at the Arboretum, located in Austin, TX.

The Broadbent Co. (317-237-2900) signed a 1,300 sq.ft. lease with AT&T Mobility at Coliseum Shoppes, a 42,528 sq.ft. shopping center located in Fort Wayne, IN. Cotenants include Casual Male, Carlos O’Kelly’s, Wendy’s Bridal and Catherines.Steadfast Commercial Properties (949-852-0700) signed a lease with Carino’s Italian restaurant to occupy space at Heritage Mall in Albany, OR. The center is anchored by Target, Sears, Gottschalks, Ross Dress for Less and Old Navy.

Regency Centers (919-831-4912) leased 1,200 sq.ft. to Tip Toe Nails at the Market at Buckwalter Place in Bluffton, SC. The store is slated to open this fall. The center is anchored by Publix, which is slated to open next year. The company (904-598-7640) also leased 1,400 sq.ft. at Oakleaf Commons to PostNet. Located in Jacksonville, FL, the 73,717 sq.ft. center is anchored by Publix and Walgreens. The company (404-575-3293) also leased 1,200 sq.ft. at Howell Mill Village shopping center to Jersey Mike’s. The 97,989 sq.ft. center is located in Atlanta, GA and anchored by Publix.

Signature Associates (616-235-0900) negotiated a lease with Go For It, LLC for a Snap Fitness location using 2,400 sq.ft. of storefront space along Belmont Center Drive in Belmont, MI. The company represented the tenant. The company also negotiated a lease with Alltel Communications, Inc. for 2,000 sq.ft. of storefront space located along South Reynolds Road in Toledo, OH. The company also represented the landlord, Toledo Reynolds-MC, LLC, in a lease for 20,000 sq.ft. of space at a center located on South Reynolds Road in Toledo, OH.

REP Commercial, Inc. (949-585-7655) negotiated a five-year, 1,200 sq.ft. lease for Serinto’s Café at Forest Plaza, located on Lake Forest Drive in Lake Forest, CA. The company represented the landlord, while Pierce Real Estate represented the tenant. Opening is slated for December.
