CB Richard Ellis (954-462-5655/561-394-2100) appointed Andrew Rudzinski as managing director for Broward County, FL and Rick Miller as managing director for Palm Beach County, FL. Rudzinski will be based out of the company’s Ft. Lauderdale office, while Miller will be based in Boca Raton. Both will oversee all lines of business for the company and will be responsible for sales strategy, revenue and profit and platform integration. Previously, Rudzinski served as director of research and marketing for the company’s greater Philadelphia, PA operations. Miller, who has been with the company since 2002, previously served as vice president of the company’s brokerage services.

Stirling Properties (985-898-2022) appointed Grady Brame executive vice president of operations as well as partner. Brame will oversee the asset, property and project management functions of over five million sq.ft. for the company. Prior to the appointment, Brame served as controller, vice president, chief financial officer and vice president of asset management of the company.

KKE Architects, Inc. (626-796-8230) hired John G. Deenihan as principal and director of operations for the company’s Pasadena, CA office. Deenihan will be responsible for the operations, recruitment, development and management of the office. Prior to joining the company, Deenihan was principal and director at Rothenberg Sawasy Architects, Inc.

The Broadbent Co. (317-237-2900) hired John Schick as a senior outlot specialist. He has experience in peripheral land sales and commercial real estate.

Pyramid Property Partners (732-855-5801) appointed Steven K. Winters vice president of acquisitions. He will focus on acquiring commercial and residential development opportunities throughout CT, NJ, NY and FL. Previously, he had served as director of the retail division of The Schultz Organization’s brokerage services group.

NAI Realvest (407-875-9989) hired Jay McGirt as president of commercial mortgages with his responsibilities to include heading the company’s new capital markets division. The division provides financing for commercial real estate projects and acquisitions.

Grocery Outlet, Inc. (800-669-6566) hired Andrew Nash as director of real estate. He will be responsible for expanding the pace of new store development on the West Coast, particularly throughout the CA market. Previously, he had worked with McDonald’s opening new store locations throughout northern and southern CA.
