Levin Management Corp. (800-488-0768) signed a lease with Super Foodtown for 30,800 sq.ft. of space at Galloping Hill Shopping Center, located in Union, NJ. The company is the exclusive leasing agent for the 100% occupied center.

Regency Centers (813-664-4823) represented the landlord with a lease of 2,200 sq.ft. at First Street Village Shopping Center, located at the intersection of McGregor Boulevard and Altamont Avenue in Fort Myers, FL,
to Starbucks.

LaKritz-Weber (248-353-9494) negotiated the lease of a 1,150 sq.ft. storefront along Lakeside Circle in Sterling Heights, MI to Nestle Toll House. The company represented the landlord, Michigan Property Group. The company also negotiated the lease of a 1,700 sq.ft. former Blockbuster Video, located along Orchard Lake Road in West Bloomfield, MI, to Detroit Bagel. The company also negotiated the lease of an 8,000 sq.ft. storefront along East 13 Mile Road in Royal Oak, MI to Fitness 19. The company also represented the landlord and tenant with a 19,042 sq.ft. lease for a Golfsmith location at the intersection of M-59 and Hayes Road in Clinton, MI.
