NAI Realvest (407-875-9989) negotiated a 20-year lease with Tijuana Flats for 2,500 sq.ft. on 102 Pine Loch located off South Orange Avenue in Orlando, FL. The company represented the landlord, Pine Loch Management Co., and the tenant, Tijuana Flats Burrito Co.

Lakritz-Weber (248-353-9494) leased 1,962 sq.ft. at Sheldon Place, located at the intersection of 5 Mile Road and Sheldon Road in Plymouth, MI, to Zoup! The company represented the tenant. Cotenants include Busch’s, Caribou Coffee and Einstein Bros. Bagels.

JBG Rosenfeld Retail (301-657-0700) signed leases with Red Wing Shoe Company and Edible Arrangements for spaces totaling 3,500 sq.ft. at Germantown Square Shopping Center, located at the intersection of Great Seneca Highway and Wisteria Drive in Germantown, MD. The 76,000 sq.ft. neighborhood shopping center is
now 100% leased. The company also represented Gold’s Gym with a 37,000
sq.ft. lease at Fairfax Station Square Shopping Center, located at the intersection of Ox Road and Burke Centre Parkway in Fairfax Station, MD. The site was formerly occupied by Food Lion.

Crosland (704-529-1166) signed the following leases at The Shops at Greenridge, located in Greenville, SC; 2,416 sq.ft. with mealMakers; 5,275 sq.ft. with Mattress Firm; LongHorn Steakhouse is scheduled to open this month and Trade Route also is scheduled to open this month. The 629,420 sq.ft. center is anchored by Barnes & Noble, Best Buy, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Linens ‘N Things, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Marshalls, Off Broadway Shoes, OfficeMax, PetSmart, Ross, Total Wine and World Market. The company also signed the following leases at Providence Marketplace in Mount Juliet, TN; 1,201 sq.ft. with Oreck; 1,214 sq.ft. with GNC; 1,223 sq.ft. with Tabe Gifts; 2,789 sq.ft. with WOW Café & Wingery; 3,713 sq.ft. with Justice Just for Girls and 5,631 sq.ft. with Men’s Wearhouse. The 830,000 sq.ft. open-air center is located at the intersection of Mount Juliet Road and Interstate 40 and is anchored by Belk, Best Buy, Books-A-Million, Consolidated Theaters, Dick’s Sporting Goods, JCPenney, Jo-Ann Fabrics and Crafts, Kroger, Old Navy, PetSmart, Providence Cinemas, Ross Dress For Less, Staples, Target and T.J. Maxx/HomeGoods.

Neal Realty (954-568-0530) represented the landlord in a five-year lease with Min Wax Center & Spa for 1,200 sq.ft. at Big Lots Plaza, located at the intersection of University Drive and 57th Street in Tamarac, FL. H&R Retail (410-308-0800) brokered the following lease transactions in MD: 30,187 sq.ft. with Ross Dress for Less at Free State Mall, located on Route 450/Annapolis Road in Bowie, representing the tenant; 28,000 sq.ft. with RoomStore at Crosspoint Shopping Center, located on Cole Road in Hagerstown, representing the tenant; 16,673 sq.ft. with Golf Galaxy at Montrose Crossing, located on Rockville Pike in Rockville, representing the landlord, Giant Food of Maryland.

The Mitchell Co., LLC (251-380-2929) signed a lease with Coldwater Creek for 6,000 sq.ft. at Legacy Village at Spring Hill, located in Mobile, AL. Opening is slated for fall. Cotenants include Alabama Outdoors, Ann Taylor Loft, Jimmy John’s, Jos. A. Bank, J. Jill, Nou Veau, Starbucks, Talbot’s, The Wine Loft and Zoe’s Kitchen.

Seldin Co. (402-333-7373) completed a lease with Half Price Book Stores for 8,000 sq.ft. at Westwood Plaza, located at the intersection of 120th Street and Center Road in Omaha, NE. The site was formerly occupied by Pier 1 Imports. Cotenants include Baker’s Supermarket, T.J. Maxx, Burlington Coat Factory, Office Depot, Dollar Tree and Westwood Eight Movie Theater.

Breslin Realty (516-741-7400) completed a lease with Chipotle Mexican restaurant for a long-term lease on Hempstead Turnpike in Uniondale, NY. The company previously signed three other Chipotle leases in Carle Place, Farmingdale and Hicksville, NY.
