The company will serve the Inland Northwest region, specifically WA, northern ID and MT. The firm specializes in commercial real estate leasing and sales, tenant representation, corporate services, investment advisory, property management, research and valuation.

Regency Centers (636-728-2711) promoted Mark Wilhoite to senior manager of investments from project manager. He will be based in the company’s Cincinnati, OH office. Wilhoite will be responsible for development projects and anchor tenant relationships in the Midwest region, including IN, KY, MI and OH. In addition, the company manages the leasing of The Villages, the largest single-site mixed-use development in the U.S., consisting of more than 25,000 acres in three counties throughout central FL.
