Lakritz-Weber (248-353-9494) represented Famous Footwear with a 6,000 sq.ft. lease at the intersection of Michigan Avenue and Beck Road in Canton, MI and with 7,000 sq.ft. at Woodhaven Commons, located in Woodhaven, MI. The company represented the landlord with a lease to Farm Bureau Insurance at a space on John R Road in Madison Heights, MI.

Morton G. Thalhimer, Inc. (804-697-3487) signed a lease with Regal Cinemas for a 70,000 sq.ft., 16-screen theater at Westchester Commons, a 900,000 sq.ft. power center located at the intersection of Midlothian Turnpike and Route 288 in Chesterfield County, VA. The company represented the tenant.

Structured Development (312-261-5775) signed a lease with Recreational Equipment, Inc. for a 28,000 sq.ft. REI store located at the intersection of North Avenue and Clybourn Avenue in Chicago, IL. The company also represented the landlord, E & A Speno Family, LLC, with a 2,891 sq.ft. lease to Snap Fitness at a strip center located on North Winchester Boulevard in Santa Clara, CA. Terranomics Retail Services represented the tenant. The company represented the landlord, Oakland Realty Loan Service, Inc., with a 2,500 sq.ft. lease at El Camino Shopping Center, located on El Camino Real in Santa Clara, CA.

Mid-America Asset Management, Inc. (630-954-7300) signed three leases at Mattoon Marketplace, located at the intersection of State Route 16 and Interstate 57 in Mattoon, IL. The company negotiated a 6,080 sq.ft. lease with QQ Buffet, 4,129 sq.ft. with
Cato Fashions and 1,667 sq.ft. with Jackie’s Nails. The 50,000 sq.ft. center is cotenanted by Hibbett Sporting Goods, Dollar Tree Stores, Wireless Mike’s Verizon and Cottonwood Financial.

Regency Centers Corp. (404-575-3293) leased 2,440 sq.ft. to My Girlfriend’s Kitchen at Northlake Promenade, a 25,294 sq.ft. shopping center located at the intersection of Briarcliff Road and Henderson Mill Road in Tucker, GA. Cotenants include FedEx Kinko’s and House of Wings.
