Staubach Retail (949-698-1100) hired Ruth Jolley as senior vice president in the company’s Newport Beach, CA office. Jolley will oversee select tenants and developers throughout the western U.S.

Heritage Capital Group, LLC (904-354-9600) hired Greg Schild as a director of asset management. Schild will oversee the majority of asset management and leasing for the company’s existing holdings. Prior to joining the company, Schild was vice president of Rabina Properties, where he oversaw asset management and leasing. Heritage Capital Group serves as the investment arm of a larger real estate organization that also includes Heritage Management Co., which owns and manages nearly 6.5 million square feet of diversified commercial product in the U.S.

Direct Invest (415-850-4530) hired Brad R. Bevis as manager of equity at the company’s Boston, MA office. He is responsible
for managing broker-dealer relationships and raising tenant-in-common equity.
Prior to joining the company, he served
as a commercial leasing broker with The Codman Co.

Glimcher Group, Inc. (412-765-8081) hired Craig Polard as director of leasing and brokerage. He previously worked with CB Richard Ellis. The company also hired Josh Goldstein as manager of leasing services. He will be responsible for leasing the company’s shopping center portfolio in western PA and WV. Previously, Goldstein had was a portfolio manager with Dollar Tree Stores.

Terramar Retail Centers (760-804-8600) named Alexander M. Liftis senior vice president of development. He will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s development activities. Liftis previously served as vice president of development at Caruso Affiliated. Terramar is a privately help commercial investment, management and development company that acquires, develops and operates well-located retail properties throughout the West.

Zimmer Real Estate Services (314-621-4395) hired Richard C. Ward as vice president and member of its development management group. In addition, he will serve as managing principal of the company’s St. Louis, MO office. Previously, Ward as the senior principal and chief executive of Development Strategies, Inc. The company has developed more than 30 million sq.ft. of commercial space and has developed more than 2,200 acres of business parks in the Kansas City, MO metropolitan area.
