Morton G. Thalhimer, Inc. negotiated the acquisition of a 20.97-acre parcel at the intersection of Hull Street Road and Winterpock Road in Chesterfield County, VA. Wal*Mart Stores East, LP acquired the parcel from EDCO, LLC for $11.43 million. The company represented the buyer, who plans to develop a Wal*Mart Supercenter on the site, which is part of the Hancock Village Shopping Center. The company
also negotiated the sale of Parham One Shopping Center, an 83,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Parham Road and Brook Road in Henrico County, VA.
The center includes Big Lots, Wachovia, Mattress Warehouse and Family Dollar as tenants. Parham Shopping Center, LLC acquired the property from Parham One Center, LLC for $6.225 million.

GMH Capital Partners is selling Palmer Super Center, a 100,696 sq.ft. neighborhood shopping center located in Easton, PA. The 100% leased center is anchored by a 69,135 sq.ft. Redner’s Warehouse Market. The net operating income is $970,000.

CB Richard Ellis brokered the $11.475 million sale of North Hills Square, a 63,829 sq.ft. center located along University Drive in Coral Springs, FL. The center is anchored by Wal*Mart Neighborhood Market and cotenants include Wendy’s. WCOT Nor Hills Square, LLC acquired the center from Stiles West Associates, Ltd. The company represented the seller.

Amercon Realty Service, Inc. is selling a 14,690 sq.ft. CVS drug store in northern VA. The freestanding store is situated on a 2.39 acre parcel and is located adjacent to a new 47,000 sq.ft. Bloom-anchored shopping center, currently under construction, the store is scheduled to be completed during November or December. The company is also selling a 14,820 sq.ft. Walgreens drug store, situated on 1.40
acres, in Dover, DE. Opening is slated by January 2008.
