| Lease Signings Woolbright Development, Inc. (866-WDI-1230) signed a lease with Bank of America for 4,500 sq.ft. at Miramar Square in Miramar, FL. The 240,000 sq.ft. center is located at the intersection of Flamingo Road and Miramar Parkway and is slated to open next winter. The company also signed two leases at London Square in Kendall, FL with Sol y Mar Boutique for 1,000 sq.ft. and with London Drycleaners for 800 sq.ft. The 325,000 sq.ft. center is located at the intersection of Southwest 120th Street and Southwest 137th Avenue and is slated to open next spring. Anchors include Costco, T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods and Ross Dress for Less. REP Commercial, Inc. (949-585-7603) negotiated a 4,847 sq.ft., five-year lease with Pure Elegance on Bellflower Boulevard in Bellflower, CA. The company represented the tenant, while T.F. Merrick Co., Inc. represented the landlord. Cohen & Co., Inc. (212-679-1222) completed two leases on Nostrand Avenue between Avenue Y and Avenue Z in Brooklyn, NY, including a five-year lease to The Army Corp. of Engineers Career Center for 1,700 sq.ft. and a five-year lease to Viewpoint Optical for 1,200 sq.ft. Isaacs & Co. (212-966-5500) represented the tenant, Journelle, with a 2,000 sq.ft. lease at the intersection of Fifth Avenue and 17th Street in New York, NY. Winick Realty represented the landlord. at the intersection of Route 202, Route 206 and Route 28 in Raritan, NJ.

Neal Realty & Investments (954-568-0530) negotiated the following lease transactions in southern FL: representing the landlord with a five-year, 2,183 sq.ft. lease to D&O Day Spa at Shoppes at the Lexi, located on Kennedy Causeway in Miami; representing the landlord with a three-year, 1,175 sq.ft. lease to Pinkie’s Ice Cream & Pastry at Lincoln Park Plaza, located on Northwest 44 Street in Sunrise; representing the landlord with a five-year, 1,006 sq.ft. lease to Flamingo Dental Associates at the Shoppes at Cooper City, located on Sheridan Street in Cooper City and representing the tenant, Rita’s Water Ice, with a five-year, 900 sq.ft. lease at Pembroke Commons, located on North University Drive in Pembroke Pines. |
