Tremont Realty Capital offers three loan programs for retail, multi-family, office, industrial, hospitality and specialty properties nationwide. Bridge loans are available for between $5 million and $75 million with terms of one to three years. Mezzanine loans are available from $3 million to $50 million with terms of two to 10 years. Quick-close loans are available from $4 million to $20 million for terms of 12 months. Loan-to-value is 65% to 75%.
