The Prakas Group, Inc. (561-368-0003) represents Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza with its expansion throughout the Southeast. The retailer plans to open 12 to 14 restaurants during the next 12 months. The Prakas Group recently brokered the following leases for the chain: a 3,000 sq.ft. lease at Shops at Boca Grove, located on Powerline Road in Boca Raton; a 4,000 sq.ft. lease on Northeast 6th Avenue/Federal Highway in Delray Beach and a 2,805 sq.ft. lease on Pines Boulevard in Pembroke Pines, FL. The restaurants feature coal-burning ovens kept at 800 degrees that cook pizza in four minutes.

Metrovation Brokerage (510-839-4000) is representing the following tenants with their expansion throughout northern CA: Ace Hardware throughout the San Francisco Bay area using spaces of 6,000 sq.ft. to 16,000 sq.ft. in freestanding locations, endcaps and inline spaces at grocery- or drug store-anchored centers; Longs Drugs throughout Alameda and Contra Costa counties and the Bay Area using spaces of 12,000 sq.ft. to 18,000 sq.ft. in freestanding or anchor positions in shopping centers and using 6,500 sq.ft. to 8,000 sq.ft. in urban/downtown locations; Costco throughout Alameda, Contra Costa and Santa Clara counties using 158,000 sq.ft. with gas station pad sites and situated on 15.5 acres; Andronico’s Market throughout northern CA using spaces of at least 40,000 sq.ft. in upscale trade areas and Stein Mart throughout the Sacramento metropolitan area, Central Valley and northern CA using spaces of 28,000 sq.ft. to 36,000 sq.ft. in upscale trade areas and grocery-anchored centers.
