DLC Management Corp. (404-817-3772) promoted Michael Puline from director to vice president of Southeast leasing. Based in the company’s Atlanta, GA office, he will be responsible for leasing the company’s Southeast portfolio and overseeing a seven-person leasing team which covers 30 shopping centers totaling more than four million sq.ft. The company leases a portfolio of 70 open-air shopping centers, totaling more than 14 million sq.ft. of retail space in 23 states.

Kitchens Kelley Gaynes, PC (404-237-4100) hired Byron P. Alterman as an associate to the firm. He will focus on retail leasing, development and commercial real estate.

Coreland Cos. (714-573-7780) named Laurie Sneve chief financial officer. She will oversee all property and corporate finance operations and will be responsible for the company’s financial planning, commercial property financing, human resources and corporate operations. Sneve previously served as chief financial officer for Argus Realty Investors, LP. Coreland Cos. is a privately held commercial real estate company in CA with a portfolio exceeding 100 properties and totaling more than 13 million sq.ft.

Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors (949-585-7657) hired Carlos J. Lopez as president of Hanley Investment Urban Retail Advisors, a new division that will specialize in the sale and advisory of high-profile mixed-use and urban retail properties nationwide. Lopez previously served as managing director at Reza Investment Group. Hanley Investment Group is a boutique retail investment advisory firm.

Investcorp real estate group (212-599-4700) opened a West Coast office in Los Angeles, CA that will be headed by principal Brian Kelley and managing director Joel Moody. The opening of a West Coast office is part of the expansion of the company throughout the Pacific and Mountain West regions. Investcorp real estate group is a value-oriented real estate investor with an investment portfolio totaling more than $4 billion including a variety of property types, including retail, office, hotel, residential, mixed-use and luxury resorts.
