NAI Global (609-945-4000) hired David Solomon as president and chief executive officer of its NAI ReStore venture. Solomon will oversee the operations of NAI ReStore, a joint venture with NAI Emory Hill designed to streamline the acquisition, leasing and sale processes for clients nationwide as
well as provide a unified transaction management platform. Prior to joining the company, Solomon commanded a brokerage firm that became one of the largest retail tenant rep and property management firms in the U.S.

Advance Realty Group (908-719-3000) promoted Kurt Padavano to chief operating officer. Padavano will oversee all operations for the company. Prior to the promotion, Padavano was chief operating officer of the company’s Advance Realty Management division. Advance Realty Group is an owner and developer of office, flex, industrial, retail and multifamily properties. With 5.5
million sq.ft. of operating properties
and a development portfolio consisting of eight million sq.ft. of commercial projects and 9,400 residential units, the company
is one of the leading real estate owners
in the Northeast.
