Mink & Mink, Inc. (954-771-1717) negotiated a build-to-suit agreement with Goodyear for a 6,864 sq.ft. auto service center that will sit on 0.8 acres at the intersection of Route 510 and Route 512 in Sebastian, FL. The company represented the tenant with the lease that runs 40 years, including options. The company also negotiated a build-to-suit agreement with Goodyear for a 6,300 sq.ft. auto service center at Miramar Commons Retail Center, located at the intersection of Hiatus Road and Pembroke Road in Miramar, FL. The company represented the tenant with a long-term lease that will run 40 years, including options.

Royal Properties, Inc. (914-237-3403) signed leases with Fitness Together and Bliss Nails at Colonial Square, located on Route 59 in Airmont, NY. Fitness Together signed a five-year lease with two, five-year options for 1,312 sq.ft. Royal Properties represented the landlord and Puccio Enterprises, LLC represented the tenant. Bliss Nails signed a 10-year lease with two, five-year options for 1,400 sq.ft. Royal Properties represented the tenant and landlord. The company exclusively markets Colonial Square, a 35,650 sq.ft. center cotenanted by Trustco Bank, Signature Design Center, Rockland Orthopedics & Sports Medicine and a dry cleaner. Royal Properties also signed a lease with AutoZone, Inc. for 34,000 sq.ft. at Playtogs Plaza, located on Dolson Avenue/Route 17M in Middletown, NY. The company negotiated a 20-year ground lease with four, five-year options, representing both the tenant and landlord, Wharton Realty Group. Royal Properties represents AutoZone throughout CT, NJ and NY. The company signed a 1,400 sq.ft. lease with Domino’s Pizza, LLC at The Post Road Plaza, located on Boston Post Road in Port Chester, NY. Royal Properties negotiated a seven-year lease with one, seven-year option, representing the tenant and the landlord, Simone Development Co., LLC. Cotenants of the center include Bally Total Fitness, Sleepy’s, Subway and Apple Farm Market. Royal Properties represents Domino’s throughout Westchester County and Bronx, NY using spaces of 500 sq.ft. to 1,400 sq.ft. The company also brokered a lease with Hastings Station Café at the Hastings-On-Hudson train station in Hastings, NY.

The Goldstein Group (201-703-9700) signed the following leases throughout NJ: two 3,000 sq.ft. leases with 7-Eleven on Route 46 in Elmwood Park and on River Street in Little Ferry; a 17,000 sq.ft. lease with Aldi Supermarket on Route 46 in Rockaway; an 1,800 sq.ft. lease with Radio Shack on Route 10 in Ledgewood; a 7,500 sq.ft. lease with Van Heusen on Route 4 in Paramus and a 2,700 sq.ft. lease on Route 10 in Livingston and a 2,400 sq.ft. lease on Route 1 in North Brunswick with Relax The Back.

Mid-America Real Estate Corp. (630-954-7300) leased 50,000 sq.ft. to Macy’s, Inc. for a furniture outlet center at Westridge Court Shopping Center, a 453,666 sq.ft. power center located on Aurora Avenue in Naperville, IL. The company represented Macy’s. Cotenants include Grand Mart, Linens ‘N Things, Nova 8 Theatres, Borders, Old Navy and Marshalls.

Breslin Realty Development Corp. (516-741-7400) signed a lease with Chipotle at Republic Plaza Shopping Center, located on Route 110 in Farmingdale, NY. The 275,000 sq.ft. shopping center is cotenanted by Panera Bread, Wal*Mart, Sleepy’s, GameStop and will also include Chili’s and Houlihan’s.

Muss Development (718-263-3800) signed a lease with Washington Mutual for 3,600 sq.ft. at Manor Road Shopping Center, a 53,817 sq.ft. two-level shopping center located on Manor Road in Staten Island, NY. Cotenants include Waldbaum’s and CVS.

KeyPoint Partners, LLC (781-273-5555) negotiated an 8,100 sq.ft. lease at a vacant McDonald’s site on Harvard Street in Brookline, MA. The company also negotiated a 13,000 sq.ft. lease with CVS at Messina’s Shopping Centre, a 52,406 sq.ft. shopping center located at the intersection of First Street and Main Street in Andover, MA.

Sholom & Zuckerbrot Realty, LLC (718-392-5959) negotiated a 48,000 sq.ft. lease with Marshalls at a former Toys "R" Us site on Jamaica Avenue in Jamaica, Queens, NY. The company represented the landlord, J.W. Mays Corp.

Ludwig & Seeley Real Estate (248-750-1700) leased 1,400 sq.ft. to Fox & Hounds Pastry Den at Crosswinds Shopping Center, located in West Bloomfield, MI. Opening is slated for this month. The company also represented the landlord with a 3,400 sq.ft. lease to Aspen Dental at Cedar Groves Shopping Center, located in Saginaw, MI. Opening is slated for February 2008. The company also represented the landlord with a 1,387 sq.ft. lease to Main Street Deli on North Main Street in Plymouth, MI. Opening is slated for this month. Ludwig & Seeley also represented the landlord with a 1,260 sq.ft. lease to Family Bakery on West 14 Mile Road in Royal Oak, MI. Opening is slated for this month. The company represented the tenant with a 1,205 sq.ft. lease to Heritage Hearing at The Campus at Crooks & Auburn in Rochester Hills, MI. Opening is slated for January 2008. The company represented the landlord with a 1,510 sq.ft., five-year lease renewal to Swank Salon at Northwest Plaza, located in Southfield, MI.

(516-365-6400) completed the following transactions: Advance Auto subleasing 5,875 sq.ft. on West Kelser Street in Oceola, AR and 6,533 sq.ft. on West Highway 80 in Pooler, GA to Aaron Rents, Inc.; CSK Auto subleasing 3,456 sq.ft. on Lake Tahoe Boulevard in South Lake Tahoe, CA to Kelly-Moore Paint Co.; Kmart subleasing 2,363 sq.ft. on South Kedzie Avenue in Chicago, IL to Sonrisa Family Dental; Kmart subleasing 9,162 sq.ft. on North Miami Beach Boulevard in North Miami Beach, FL to New China Buffet; Walgreens subleasing 2,460 sq.ft. on Jericho Turnpike in East Northport, NY to Massage Envy; Walgreens subleasing 14,800 sq.ft. on Chippewa Street in St. Louis, MO to Aaron Rents; BFS subleasing 5,660 sq.ft. on Riverside Drive in Chino, CA to Aamco Transmissions.

Crosland, LLC (704-561-5277) signed leases with New York & Co., Couture Portraits, HandPicked, Potion, Player’s Loft and Play N Trade at Blakeney in Charlotte, NC. The stores are slated to open later this year. New York & Co. will occupy 6,000 sq.ft., Couture Portraits will use 1,676 sq.ft., HandPicked is leasing 1,700 sq.ft., Potion will occupy 800 sq.ft., Player’s Loft will use 2,011 sq.ft. and Play N Trade will occupy 1,059 sq.ft.

Legend Properties, Inc. (610-941-4034) signed a lease with Bobby Chez Gourmet Seafood for 1,800 sq.ft. at The Lofts on South Street in Philadelphia, PA.

Rock Commercial Real Estate (717-854-5357) signed a three-year lease with Hoskins Tax, LLC for 1,568 sq.ft. on West Philadelphia Street in York, PA, representing the landlord and the tenant. The company also signed a five-year lease with Green Garden Chinese Restaurant for 1,300 sq.ft. on East Market Plaza, located on East Market Street in York, representing the landlord and the tenant.

Goldschmidt & Associates (914-723-1616 Ext. 15) brokered five Floris Day Spa leases throughout the New York metropolitan area, including: 2,600 sq.ft. on Eisenhower Parkway in Roseland, NJ; 4,000 sq.ft. at Kohl’s Plaza, located in Holmdel, NJ; 4,000 sq.ft. on Westport Avenue in Norwalk, CT; 3,000 sq.ft. at Milford Market Place, located in Milford, CT and 2,800 sq.ft. at The Shops at Atlas Park, located in Glendale, NY. The retailer is currently expanding, seeking sites of 2,500 sq.ft. to 5,000 sq.ft. in upscale areas.

Territory, Inc. (702-822-8200) signed a 2,500 sq.ft. lease with T-Mobile at Lowe’s Plaza at Craig & Jones, located at the intersection of Craig Road and Jones Boulevard in
Las Vegas, NV.

Milbrook Properties, Ltd. (516-869-1240) completed a 10-year lease with Snap Fitness for 2,850 sq.ft. at a shopping center located in Bayshore, Long Island, NY. Cotenants include Stop & Shop, Rite Aid, Bethpage Federal Bank and Dunkin’ Donuts. NAI Long Island represented the tenant.

Neal Realty & Investments, Inc. (954-568-0530) represented the landlords with the following leases throughout FL: a 2,012
sq.ft. lease with Johnny Geeze Italian Restaurant at The Shoppes of Cooper City, located on Sheridan Street in Cooper City; 900 sq.ft. with Iglesia Saluz at Sunrise Shoppes, located on University Drive in Sunrise and a 10-year, 1,760 sq.ft. lease with Laundromat at Lakeside Shoppes, located on West Hallandale Beach Boulevard
in Hallandale.

Morton G. Thalhimer, Inc. (804-648-5881) signed a lease with Dave & Buster’s for 16,000 sq.ft. at West Broad Village, a mixed-use center located at the intersection of
West Broad Street and Interstate 64 in Richmond, VA. Opening is slated for the first quarter of 2009. The company represented Dave & Buster’s.

Woolbright Development (866-WDI-1230) signed a 1,300 sq.ft. lease with Metro
PCS
at Daytona Promenade, a 156,000
sq.ft. shopping center located at the intersection of Beville Road and Nova Road in Daytona Beach, FL. The company also signed leases with HB Optical for 1,400 sq.ft. and Cosi for 3,000 sq.ft. at London Square, located at the intersection of Southwest 120th Street and Southwest 137th Avenue
in Kendall, FL.

Thompson Thrift (812-242-1152) signed a lease with LA Fitness for 45,000 sq.ft. at Cool Creek Village, a 79,800 sq.ft. mixed-use project located on East 146th Street in Carmel, IN. Sitehawk represented the tenant. The company also signed a five-year lease with QQ Buffet for 6,080 sq.ft. at Mattoon Marketplace, located on Dettro Drive in Mattoon, IL. Cotenants include Dollar Tree, Hibbett Sporting Goods and Cato. The center is adjacent to Wal*Mart. The company also signed two leases for outlots at Prairie Lakes Shopping Center, located at the intersection of State Road 37 and 141st Street in Noblesville, IN, with Sherwin-Williams for 4,000 sq.ft. and with Burger King for 2,200 sq.ft.
