Regency Centers (904-598-7703) appointed Alan Karrh to vice president of investments. He will be based out of the company’s Palm Beach, FL office and will be responsible for identifying market investment opportunities in new shopping center projects. Previously, Karrh served as president of Core Commercial Group. Regency owns, operates and develops grocery-anchored and community shopping centers. The company owns 447 retail properties, including ones held in co-investment partnerships. Its portfolio totals 59 million sq.ft., including tenant-owned square footage, and is located throughout the U.S.

The Goldstein Group (201-703-9700) promoted Chuck Lanyard to president as the company institutes expansion plans for next year. During his 10-year tenure at the company, he has completed transactions with Barnes & Noble, T.J. Maxx, Pier 1 Imports, McDonald’s, Applebee’s, Trader Joe’s, La-Z-Boy and Thomasville Furniture. The Goldstein Group currently represents more than eight million sq.ft. of retail properties and more than 50 national and regional retailers.

NAI Avant (803-744-9810) promoted Todd Avant to president and Gene Green to chief operating officer. The company manages 82 properties totaling more than 2.8 million sq.ft. throughout SC. In addition, the company brokers more than $300 million annually.

Fameco Real Estate (610-834-8000) named Michael Levin chief operating officer. He will primarily focus on the brokerage division. Levin previously served as executive vice president of real estate and operations at Five Below. Fameco is the exclusive representative for 90 shopping centers and retail properties totaling 14 million sq.ft. throughout DE, NJ and PA. The company also represents more than 75 retailers throughout the Delaware Valley.

Staubach Retail (972-361-5422) hired Steve Ellis as vice president, giving the company an increased presence in the NC and SC markets. He will represent retailers in the region and direct major project leasing assignments. Previously, Ellis was a partner with The Ellis Group. Staubach represents 2,850 clients and completed 6,750 transactions totaling $26 billion during last fiscal year.

International Contractors, Inc. (630-834-8043) hired Kathryn Boogher as a business development representative. She will report to vice president of business development, David Binkley. International Contractors provides construction management, general contractor and design/build services.
