Lease Signings


Coreland Cos. (714-573-7780) negotiated a 15-year, 24,000 sq.ft. lease with 24 Hour Fitness at South Hills Plaza, located on South Azusa Avenue in West Covina, CA. Colliers International represented the tenant and Coreland represented the landlord. The company also signed a 20-year, 15,393 sq.ft. lease with Tesco Stores West, Inc. for a Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market at Anaheim West Shopping Center, located on West Lincoln Avenue in Anaheim, CA. Strategic Retail Advisors represented the tenant and Coreland represented the landlord. In addition, the company signed the following leases at Bella Terra, located on Edinger Avenue in Huntington Beach, CA, representing the landlord, DJM Capital Partners, Inc.: a 10-year, 7,809 sq.ft. lease with CorePower Yoga; a 10-year, 4,000 sq.ft. lease with Dental Oasis of Orange County and a five-year, 2,500 sq.ft. lease with Atlantis Eye Care.

Levin Management Corp. (800-488-0768) signed a lease renewal with Fashion Bug for its 8,400 sq.ft. location at Fairlane Village Mall, located in Pottsville, PA. The tenant plans to renovate the store.

(630-954-7300) signed a 15,058 sq.ft. lease with Design Studio Furniture at Village Square of Northbrook, located at the intersection of Lake Cook Road and Old Skokie Road in Northbrook, IL. The company represented the landlord and Urban Innovations, Ltd. represented the tenant. for 2,100 sq.ft. at Barnes Road Plaza, located on Barnes Boulevard in Rockledge, FL. The
company represented the landlord, BH Properties, Inc.

Block & Co., Inc., Realtors (816-753-6000) signed a 5,900 sq.ft. lease with Stroud’s on Shawnee Mission Parkway in Fairway, KS. The company, with D.J. Christie, Inc., represented the landlord. Prudential

represented the tenant.

two leases at Sharon Corners, located
