Staubach Retail (949-698-1100) hired Bob Conley as vice president and will be based out of the company’s Newport Beach, CA office. Previously, Conley worked as an investment specialist for Sperry Van Ness.

Wrightwood Capital (312-324-5943) appointed Dennis Kracik to lead the company’s Atlanta, GA office. The office opened in 2005 and the company plans to continue expanding its presence throughout the Southeast. Previously, Kracik had worked with Principal Global Investors. Wrightwood Capital offers bridge, construction and mezzanine loans, as well as equity and other financing products.

Regency Centers (213-553-2254) promoted T.R. Gregory to senior manager of acquisitions and dispositions in the Pacific region. He is based in the company’s Los Angeles, CA office and will focus on opportunities in the primary markets throughout the West. Gregory will manage acquisition and disposition projects, including investments sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, negotiation and closing, as well as the marketing and sale of select shopping center assets. Previously, Gregory served as senior manager of investment services and has been with Regency since 2004.

Present Value Properties, Inc. (714-464-3000) named Bernie Labowitz senior vice president. He will be responsible for obtaining additional clients for tenant representation, landlord leasing and consulting assignments, as well as pursuing development opportunities for the company. Previously, Labowitz served as vice president of leasing for World Premier Investments. Present Value Properties represents El Pollo Loco, Farmer Boys, Hallmark, Sally Beauty Supply, Cosmo Prof, Sport Clips, Kinder Care and Payless ShoeSource throughout San Diego County, CA. In addition, the company has more than 250,000 sq.ft. of retail projects in various development stages throughout NV and UT.

Muss Development, LLC (718-263-3800) hired James Whelan as senior vice president of public affairs. He previously served as chief of staff to Daniel L. Doctoroff, the New York City Deputy Mayor for Economic Development and Rebuilding. Whelan will spearhead government, community and media relations for Muss Development. The company is currently developing Sky View Parc, a 3.3 million sq.ft. mixed-use retail and residential project in Flushing, Queens, NY. In total, the company has developed more than 17 million sq.ft. in New York, NY.
